A world full of stories

I went to a place beside Maspeero to get Fabrics, while waiting for my turn to pick what I like for a dress. I realised that these sales persons see different people every minute daily, each has a mindset, story, background, character and mood, at the end they have to enter your mind convince you they have what will satisfy you and make it end as a Win Win situation...different people with different desires just to reach the same goal at the end....similar to the communication skills you need in Project management. What makes it hard that they have to convince Women mostly....believe me it is hilarious :D. What facilitates the deal for them the fact that the human brain gets confused if it has more than two choices to pick from...it is always easier when you focus only on two which ends up either you pick one or nothing and just leave .... No salesperson wants that, so, when you enter they somehow read your character or just keep putting choices if they are not there yet till you willingly give up what's in your pocket....the case applies on the game of marketing in general not just Fabrics....Anyways, it was cool to observe, learn and wonder around....Once you know how to get in someone's head, you can be dangerous so, don't abuse such thing :D
